Heidi and I have been together for 5 years. I must admit that it's really hard for me to come up with new ways to surprise her. This year I got her a cake. On the cake, I had a timeline of our relationship. She loved it :) Now I am gonna work on surprising her for our 10 year anniversary.
P.S. Martine from House of Clarendon is the best. Thank you.
My good friend is moving back to his home country. Bobby was my neighbor when I was living in Ellicott City. He was the coolest neighbor ever. Now I feel like I'm losing a brother. I'm gonna miss you Bobby.
Hanging out with the lovely ladies that are planning this years Wags & Whiskers Dinner Auction. Buy a ticket and bid on some awesome art work. All proceeds help the Humane League of Lancaster County. And yes I will be there to capture all the fun.
So I was sitting with some friends at Spyros and noticed a family of three come into the restaurant. If you know me at all, you know I like to observe people. As I was watching the family I felt really sad. They looked like they were living out of their car. I don't know what they ordered but I hope they got enough to eat. And this morning, Heidi told me that a guy came into the restaurant and bought a sandwich for a homeless guy. This whole day makes me think about how lucky I am. There are people out there without a job and I'm at home working in my pjs.
Have you ever had a bad parking meter eat your money? It happens to me all the time but yesterday I had an awesome meter maid come to our rescue. She hooked us up with 2 hours :) Also check out their show on A&E, Parking Wars. Heidi and I watch it all the time when it comes on.
I do not believe in a fate that falls on men however they act; but I do believe in a fate that falls on them unless they act.
