Our Photos

Tonight we held a famiy photo night for our employees. This is the best time for me to meet everyone's family and try to get to know my co-workers better. I had fun with all the pets, kidos, and spouses. At the end of the night, Heidi and I got our photos taken. Kevin took some great pictures of Heidi and I. Check it out.

Heidi

So yesterday was Heidi's Birthday. We celebrated the big in Baltimore. We had dinner at Fogo de Chao. After dinner we drove to York, PA to our favorite hang out spot, Dunkin Donut. While we were there, I proposed to Heidi. And she said yes, well she said no, then yes. So you can say I'm a pretty happy guy :) Check out our little slideshow. I would have taken more photos but I was super nervous.

Maria & Rusty

I can still remember the day I meet Maria. It was at Tanya’s wedding, she came up to me and told me that I was going to photograph her wedding. I haven’t even met her before and she already wanted me to photograph her wedding. Wow, I knew I was going to be in for a treat. And was I right, Maria and Rusty's wedding was what I expected, perfect. Maria was ready on time, Rusty was the happiest groom I've ever seen. The whole day went off without any problems. Her family and friends are the best company to have around. They are supering nice and made me feel like family. I had an awesome time at the wedding. Check it out.

Dustin & Aviva

So I had an awesome time this weekend. I had a fabulous wedding on Saturday and photographed Dustin and Aviva's second engagement session on Sunday. This time around the two love birds were really relaxed. They couldn't keep their hands off each other. They are perfect for each other and I have the photos to prove it. Check it out.

Update

I have been super busy the last couple of weeks. I had some awesome weddings and even got the chance to attend a great seminar. Bruce Dorn and Maura Dutra had so much inforation to share. Bruce's lighting techinques were amazing and Maura made designing wedding albums look easy. I walked away thinking, what could I do to make next years weddings even better :)

Julia & Wayne

I enjoy photographing couples who have been together for a long time. It makes me feel like love can last a lifetime. I think this is why I do what I do. I love to capture those intimate moments when the bride and groom embrace each other and their love for one another is immediately visible in a photograph. Julia and Wayne were awesome. Julia got ready at her mother-in-law's house. I loved all the little details that Kay had in her home. I could tell that the day was going to be great once I stepped into her home. The rest of the day was amazing, everyone was ready on time and super photogenic. I could have not asked for a better bride and groom. Check out the photos :P

Michael & Zelda

Last weekend I had the chance to photograph a bride and groom that looked like royalty. There presence made everyone get up off their feet. Zelda's voice brought a tear to everyones eye, and Michael's dance moves brought the house down. I'm so lucky, I always get the chance to work with the most beautiful brides and the chillest grooms. I also want to say whats up to my new friends, Leslie Hendricks and Ernest Martin Jr from Visual Effects Video. These to guys made sure to get every shot from every angle and even helped me out a few times. I think I learn something new everytime I photograph with talented people. Thanks guys.

3:10 to Yuma

This weekend I caught a great movie with Heidi and Chris. 3:10 to Yuma is one of those movies that didn't get as much hype but delivered once you watch it. I love cowboy movies, I think it's cause I want to be one :p

Aviva & Dustin

Some weekends I get really busy with my photography and end up not having any time with my family or friends, but this weekend was different. I photographed a fun wedding on Saturday and on Sunday I had the privilege of photographing one of my best friends and his lovely fiance. I met up with Aviva and Dustin at their home and headed into historic downtown Lancaster. I photographed the two love birds until the sun set. Check out their photos :)

Weekend

Kim & Kevin

What can I say about Kim and Kevin that can't be expressed with photos of their amazing day. It was an honor working with two wonderful, fun loving people. They made my Saturday a walk in the park. They had everything planned out and let me take the lead. They were the dream bride and groom. I hope all my future brides are as outgoing as Kim and all the grooms are as chill as Kevin. I also had the pleasure of working with two great videographers, Justin & Tavon Blackwell. They were two of the nicest guys in the industry. I could tell they got some great shots because of the cool angles they were filming from.

And big ups to the lovely makeup artist, Sherris. She really made sure Kim look her best the entire day.

All Work

So lately my life has been so boring. I have been busy in the office training and getting some new photographers hired. I am even running out of time for Heidi. I'm trying to catch up with all my work and blog at the same time. If anyone is waiting for some videos, I should have stuff up this weekend.

Paparazzi

Wow, I am so tired of hearing about celebrities getting in trouble with the law. I don't know how I get sucked into the media; I guess you can't really escape TV, radio or even Internet news. I couldn't imagine being followed by cameras all day. Well, maybe that would be pretty cool. Think about it, your photo album would be super amazing if all the photographers made a scrapbook from all their images. I think that's my style when I photograph a wedding. I try to capture everything I can. So when I'm ready to put an album together, I have enough photos to tell the whole story.

Family Fun

Today my grandma made her first visit to my apartment. Accompanying her were my cousins and aunt. It's always fun to hang out with family. After some small talk, Heidi and I took the family shopping at the Columbia Mall. My families are shopaholic, so I'm pretty sure they had fun. For dinner we hit our favorite place, Indian Delight. Check out some of the crazy faces that make my family.

Friends

Today Heidi and I got together with some of my best friends. We went to the movies with my buddy Chris then chilled at Dustin's new house. Life has gone by so fast, it seemed like yesterday Chris, Dustin and I were hanging on the playground. Now Chris is working really hard at buying homes then flipping them and Dustin is getting ready to marry his beautiful fiancé Aviva. Now for me, I'm just trying to keep afloat:)

Reno 911

So I guess I left my buddy Sam out of the cool people video by accident. I feel bad so I decided to give him a quick shout out. For the Ladies, this man is not single but he is definitely ready to mingle. Resides in Reno, Nevada, husband and father of two beautiful kids, I am very glad that I can call Sam my friend. He definitely keeps me out of trouble and always ready for new adventures. He is a great photo trainer and a good role model. Sam, GQ man of the Year.

Thank You

So today I got a thank you letter in the mail from a bride. It really made me feel good inside. To know that someone really enjoyed my work made my day. That's my goal everytime I snap a photograph, to capture the emotion in each frame.

Cool People

I had a blast seeing all my friends and meeting new friends. I sometimes end up taking to many photos and never have enough time to put them all together. So I decided to put together a quick show of all the many faces that kept me smiling.

What a trip, I got home at 4:30am and I left Minneapolis at 7pm. I was stuck in Chicago for about 4hours. I guess it was a good thing that I was trapped in Chicago. If I didn't, I wouldn’t have met so many cool people. Well today I am going to go relax with Heidi. When I get a chance I will recap my entire trip. Come back soon.

Dr. t

So today at my leadership enrichment we had a great guest speaker, Dr. Tim Elmore. His whole discussion was about how to become a better leader and train others to be better leaders. His presentation was fun and very informative. The material he covered is defiantly something I will use. One thing I took from today is when he talked about how we need to feed ourselves before we can care for others. I defiantly forget about my heath sometimes and continue to over work. I guess I need to rest up so I can work smart and stop working hard.

St. Paul

So I just got into St. Paul and have been working on my some photos. Check out the where I'm staying at. I will be in a different hotel Tuesday night, so I'll try to enjoy the sights in St. Paul while I can.

Friday the 13

So I guess Friday the 13 wanted to make sure it didn't miss me, cause I had a crazy Saturday the 14. Someone broke into my car when I had it parked at Pep boys. I guess the culprit didn't like my boy band cds because I still had everything in my car. But the real issue was when I tried to drive my car home, it's still not running right. The folks who where working today did not help me out at all. I guess they would rather lose a customer than refund me my money. Once I got home I noticed I forgot my apartment keys inside the apartment. What a day. I'm still alive so its all good.

The rest of the day went really well, photographed Mani and Dave at their BBQ and now I'm home. Right now I am ready for bed but I need to get up by 6am to catch my flight to St. Paul. I will post some flying photos when I can.

Mani & Dave

Yesterday I photographed Mani and Dave's engagement dinner. The lovely couple shared their photo session with their families. The location they choose looked like a castle, it looked amazing. And today I will be photographing their engagement picnic. So last night I stayed up till 7am editing the photos and putting their slideshow together. Check it out and enjoy:)

Transformers

I forgot to post up our Transformer premire. When Heidi and I where in NY last week, we went to go watch. The movie was at midnight so we got there kind of early or we thought we did. The line to get in was out to the parking lot. People in NY never sleep :) We did get some good seats thanks to some cool people, who were kind enough to move over. The movie was great and the experance was awesome too. People in NY really love their movies and it seemed like everyone knew each other. Life is good.







O yeah, after we got out from the movie, it was raining like crazy. Check out the video.

My Teeth

So today I had my wisdom teeth taken out. Right now I feel like T-pain but without the T and all pain. My oral surgeon was the best, I recorded my trip there and when I was knocked out he took some photos of me. But on my way home I got some great footage of me acting a fool. I am so lucky, I have the greatest girlfriend. Heidi has been putting up with all my crap since we've been home. I'm still working on the video but all I can say is that this has been a great experience. I always try my best to take bad situations and make it fun. I hope you enjoy the video, cause I enjoyed putting it together :)

Family

This week really made me think about family. People come and go but family are always there to make you smile. Hang on to your love ones, cause you don't want to wake up tomorrow and regret not seeing them the day before.

So today I want to say that I love my grandma.

Ocean City

I had so much fun yesterday hanging out in Ocean City with my beautiful girlfriend Heidi and my cousins. Even though we got there kind of late, we managed to find a kick butt parking space. (w/ Heidi and Nina guiding me into the spot) The water was great, crazy cold for some of us but we kept on jumping in. After we got done on the beach we hit the board walk. I finally won something for Heidi, Patrick Star toy :) Check out the show.

I really have to say that I had a blast photographing this wedding. Tanya and Kevin really made my day when they picked me to be their photographer. I had the perfect location and the perfect day to take photos. Check out the images for yourself.

Aftermath

I got home a few hours ago and started to edit the photos from the wedding. Tanya and Kevin made my day. They had an outdoor ceremony at Conrad's Ruth Villa and reception at the Boumi Temple. I can't wait to post up the show but for now I will get the slideshow from my trip to New York. Enjoy.

Home

I just got home :0) It's always fun to travel but when your home there is nothing like it. Even though it's 1:20am I'm still wide awake. I think the New York bug bit me. Everyone in New York stay up super late, people there are vampires lol. Sleep all day, party all night. Well I'm home so I'm going to bed. Good night but check back tomorrow I will be putting up all the fun videos and slide shows.
