Tiger Woods Y'all

This weekend, Heidi and I tried pitch and putt. I had so much fun trying to hit the ball. Heidi was killing me, she's great at everything. I on the other hand, not so much. I did take some fun shots of the place, and of us making fools of ourselves. If you have never been golfing, try it out, it's so relaxing and fun for everyone.

Just the Good O'l Boys

All I can say about this photo is that I'm really glad Chris and Dave are my friends. Life really stinks when you don't have great people to chill with. (I didn't have my tripod on me so I put my camera on top of Heidi's car and took the picture. lol)

Random is Fun

Did your parents ever tell you not to talk to strangers? Well my grandma has but did I ever listen? no. If I did, I would never approach cool people on the street. I like meeting people especially at random times. Making new friends is the most fun part of my day to day duties. Just this weekend, I met some cool people around my town. Check them out, don't you think they have character?

Driver O

I'm always driving, I should just become a cabbie and just ditch photography. The funny thing is that eventhough I drive all the time, for some reason I'm really bad with directions :) Heidi is always getting mad at me cause I always manage to get us lost for hours. I think every car should come with a navigational system. That might help me not to get lost.

Palmyra Sports

Today I was a second shooter for Chris, a photographer from Baltimore, MD. I first met Chris at the Lifetouch summer meeting in Minnesota. Chris is a great photographer, he's so calm and collective when it comes to sports photography. If I lived in MD, I would definitely be photographing with Chris everyday even though he's a Nikon shooter :)

Drive By

On my way to work this morning, I felt so sleepy. My eyes felt like they were sewn shut, and I was peeking out. When situations like these happen, I try to call people to keep me awake. Since I left the house so early this morning, I figured everyone was still in bed. I grabbed my camera to try to capture what I was seeing in my head as I drove to work.

Walk to Remember

I love walking around my neighborhood with Heidi, it's so relaxing. I always find peace of mind. I get inspired when I'm with her. Tonight, I was playing with different lighting techniques and photographed with long exposures with my point and shoot camera. I really liked the results I got from our little stroll around Btown. Hoke and Joe Cool

Today I got a chance to meet with my graphics designer , Chris Hoke. It's always nice to have someone to create all the crazy ideas that I come up with. Chris is great at understanding my giberish, and he writes it all down in his cool note pad. The first time I saw it, I was like" I want one". Is it weird that humans want everything they see? So before I met with Chris to discuss updates, I was working my butt off to come up with some new ideas. I never thought brain storming was this hard, but I did it. Chris and Joe will be getting all the new stuff updated soon so be on the look out.

I'm crazy tired. Before I head to bed, I wanted to post some of my favorite shots I took at Jen and Jared's wedding. Check out the awesome couple.

I'm Ready

I think getting ready mentally is the hardest part about my job. I know I can take good pictures, but getting ready and leaving the house is the hardest part. I take forever to get ready. I walk around my room to make sure I have everything, and I do last minute things I probably don't have to do. Why? I don't know:) All I know is that I love photographing weddings. When I arrive at the bride's house, I am definitely ready to shoot.

New Crew

Man I can't believe training is over. That means our seasons starts MONDAY. Wow! time flies when you're having fun. I just got done training some really cool and passionate photographers. This new crew has been my favorite group of newbies so far. I hope they really like the job and stick with it because I see great potential in all of them.

Last night Heidi and I went to Philly to attend a wedding album seminar. I love going to seminars, it's the best way for me to see whats hot on the market.

iBlog

Wow, what a weekend! I love catching up with people whom I haven't seen in a while, and it's nice to hear that they have been reading my blog. That's the best feeling ever. I like knowing that my friends and colleagues enjoy reading my posts about what I'm doing and where I'm going with my career. It is a gesture that really makes my job meaningful. Can't Pretend

When I have time off from my photography work, I enjoy going out with my friends. I normally like going out to places that have a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Tonight, my friends invited me to hang out at Annie Bailey's. It was my first time at this bar, and I thought it was awesome. My friend Tati had been telling me about her friend Angel's band. Can't Pretend has been together since June of this year. Alex, a vocalist, said that it is challenging for them to meet because they all live in different places. Alex lives in Philadelphia, and there is another band member who is from Ohio. Each of them has their own music projects going on in the area where they reside, but it is great when they get together because they sound awesome as a group. Although this band has only been together for a short time, they already have a huge number of fans. The girls were going crazy when they played Unchained Melody and Brown Eyed Girl. I liked all the songs they played, but I was jammin to their rendition of Crazy (Gnarls Barkley). Eric who plays the jembee, and Dieter who plays the guitar make this group a one of a kind. They said they would be back to Annie Bailey's in two weeks so make sure you check them out.
